At Disney World Orlando How much is it to buy Pal Mickey? How much to rent him?

ANd can you buy him anywhere cheap and still use him at Disney World?

Pal Mickey (which started May 2003) costs $65 plus tax (as of May 2005).

As of December 1, 2004, you can no longer rent Pal Mickey; you can only purchase him outright. The plush toy has proven so popular as an outright purchase that the rental program was discontinued.

As far as cheap, I mean you can try to purchase him on ebay, but your probably going to pay the same price in park unless it's broken or used. I'm more then sure you can use him in the park (we've used ours on numerous trips & he works each time) but as far as a cheaper version outside the parks, I doubt it.
