How difficult will it be to rent my rental condo now that it's getting close to the holidays? Any suggestions?

price it enticengly; like using a step up rate
most all landlords rent for a fixed period of time; that is not necessary;
you can rent it for example. instead of a fixed 700 a mo
first 3 mo, 550, 2nd 3mo, 600, then 650, then 700 and then
750. cut down the number of mo at a specific rate.
keep the unit well maintained.
