Coach handbag or iPod Touch?

So I just got a new Coach Poppy Handbag. (here is is : http://www.bagsok.com/product/coach-poppy-tartan-luxey-satchel-15884.html) It's the COACH NWT POPPY TARTAN SATCHEL HANDBAG PURSE 15884 PUR.
I don't know if I should keep it, or exchange it for an iPod touch since they are about the same price. However, I already have an iPod Nano, but we all know that these do not have apps, and the touch feature.
What do you think I should pick, and why?
